Purchases If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, Personal Details. It is the responsibility of the client (buyers) to provide us with accurate and correct information, including your mileage account number and the first and last names listed under that account. Any inaccurate or incorrect information may delay transfer or result in a transfer to the wrong account: in either case, we will not be held responsible
Subscriptions Some parts of the Service are only available on our Gold Membership. Should you decide to enroll, you will be billed upfront along with the purchase you make. Gold Memberships are offered on a 3, 6, or 12 month basis.
Payment Methods Payment Methods offered by The Mileage Club include: Paypal, Bitcoin, and Wire Transfers.
Refunds All transfers are final. Miles, once transferred, cannot be reversed, as long as we receive an email requesting cancellation prior to the transfer we will issue a full refund..
Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
